Frequently asked questions

The things people usually ask before we work together. Can't find your answer? Book a quick call.

It starts with a free 30-minute call. You tell me about your idea, users and goals, and I recommend the best solution. If it's a fit, I follow up with a written plan, timeline and fixed quote. Once you approve, we kick off β€” usually within a week or two.
Four calm stages: Discover (align on scope & plan), Design (clickable UI you sign off on), Build (weekly demos so you always know where things stand), and Launch (App Store / web deploy, monitoring and handover). No black boxes β€” you see progress every week.
It depends on where your users are and what they need. If they're on the move and you need push, camera or offline, go mobile. If it's a dashboard, tool or product people log into at a desk, go web. Many products need both, sharing one API. The solutions finder gives a tailored recommendation in seconds.
Mobile: Flutter & React Native (native Swift / Kotlin when needed). Web: React, Next.js and TypeScript. Backend: .NET and Node.js with PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Cloud / DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, AWS & Vercel. I pick the right tool per job rather than forcing one stack on every project.
It depends on scope, but as a guide: landing pages from ~$2.5k, APIs from ~$7k, web apps from ~$9k, mobile apps from ~$12k, and combined mobile + web products from ~$22k. After our call you get a fixed quote or a transparent range β€” no hidden extras.
For well-defined projects I prefer fixed price so you know exactly what you're paying. For ongoing or open-ended work (maintenance, iterative product development) a monthly retainer or day rate usually fits better. We'll choose whatever gives you the most certainty.
Landing pages: 1–3 weeks. APIs: 3–7 weeks. Web apps: 5–10 weeks. Mobile apps: 6–12 weeks. Combined products: 10–16 weeks. We can also start with a smaller MVP to validate the idea fast, then expand.
Absolutely β€” most great projects start fuzzy. On our call we'll turn the idea into a clear plan, and I'll suggest the smallest first step that proves it (often a clickable prototype or a lean MVP) before you commit to a full build.
Yes. I handle the full launch: App Store and Google Play submission for mobile, and cloud deployment with CI/CD, monitoring and backups for web. You don't need to coordinate a separate DevOps person.
You get a clean handover with documentation and access to everything. From there it's your call: take it in-house, or keep me on a support/growth retainer for fixes, new features and monitoring. No lock-in either way.
You do. On final payment all source code, designs and intellectual property are yours, delivered in your own repository. I keep nothing locked away.
Yes β€” I work remotely with clients worldwide and keep flexible overlap hours. Weekly demos and async updates mean the time zone is rarely an issue.
